I am a very big fan of technology conferences. I believe strongly in the benefits of having strong communities and paying it forward by sharing your experience and expertise. The best part about my job as a chief technologist is that I get to spend a fair bit of my time researching new trends and technologies, understanding their architectural underpinnings, and assessing if they are viable for the longer term.
Through my sessions, I try to impart my findings to the development community at large.
